Enosis was founded in 2021 by Medea Ekner, art historian and museum specialist. Medea is a certified Board Professional and cours-leader in the most sought-after leadership training program in Sweden UGL - Understanding Groups and Leaders from the Swedish University of Defense.

Her work has revolved around education, exhibitions and the development and innovation of cultural institutions nationally and internationally, with focus on future perspectives and challenging organizations to think new, collaborate and develop.
